We wish all of you health and safety during this unparalled time in our collective history.  The Illinois govenor has issued a "Shelter-in-Place" order as many other states have accross the Nation.  In light of the rapid spread of the Covid-19 virus and our desire to keep the Heinie family and customers safe, we are working remotely when possible.  We will be answering phone calls and emails daily and all orders of in-stock items will be shipped every Monday and Thursday each week.  We are actively complying with the recommended essential functions of business and keeping a safe social distance to limit the possiblity of contracting the virus.  We value your loyalty to the Heinie brand and we will do everything we can to accomodate our customers' needs during this time.  If you are in need of a product that has to ship Next Day Air, please email and/or call us directly so we can make arrangements to accomodate your time requirements.

HSP Inc. does not accept any returns or exchanges on any product that has been installed and/or is in used condition. If you suspect your product is defective (as in, the tritium does not glow), the product will have to be returned to Heinie for inspection. Heinie cannot send out replacement products without having the originally purchased product in hand. If the item is determined defective, Heinie will send the sight out for the tritium vial to be replaced (in the originally purchased product). We do not replace the entire sight, only the tritium will be replaced. Turn around time to replace a broken or defective tritium vial usually takes about 3-4 weeks.
